Shipping Policy

Most of the pieces in-stock within the continental U.S. could be shipped within 3-6 business days. Once your treasure is en route, you’ll receive a tracking notification.  

The shipping time might be different during launches or sales. (Pre-orders follow their own timeline—carrier estimates don’t apply here.)  

We charge a flat fee for all domestic shipping based on your purchase. While we can’t control delays (weather, etc.), we’ll always advocate for your package.  

Costs for international Orders are based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Duties/taxes are calculated at checkout. Customs processes may add delays beyond our hands, but we’ll ensure your piece travels safely to you. 


Lost or Stolen packages

No7sense is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. No7sense  is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout.

If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided & returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.
