By accessing and using No7sense’s website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Product Description & Handmade Variation

Each CHISEL piece is individually handcrafted, embracing the unique character inherent in artisanal creation. Due to this process, slight variations in texture, finish, and dimensions may occur. Product images serve as a guide, as each piece is a one-of-a-kind work and may exhibit subtle differences from the depiction online.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

 

3. Order Processing & Cancellations

In-stock items typically ship within 3-6 business days. As each piece is meticulously made-to-order to ensure highest-grade craftsmanship, please allow 8-9 weeks for production of items that are out-of-stock. If there is a need for a cancellation or an adjustment of your order, you may do so within 24 hours; however, custom pieces cannot be changed following the order confirmation.


4. Shipping & International Delivery

Domestic shipping can vary 3-6 business days. Preorders are not set to a hard timeline and domestic shipping costs are set during checkout. Please note that the transit times for all our deliveries are estimates. And international orders are taxed for the destination from weight, and size. We will monitor your parcel and customs might cause delays but we will be there for what is needed.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for custom items within 7 days of delivery as long as there is no use of it to give you a great and new experience. All products have to show the original packaging to make the transit easy for both parties, to see about return and exchanges, please see return page.

6. Repairs & Jewelry Care

All Customers have 7 day returns and there may be additional costs applied depending what happened.

7. Lost or Stolen packages

No7sense is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. No7sense  is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout.

If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided & returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide excellent service and high-quality products, No7sense is not responsible for misuse, shipping disruptions. Let us know if you have more questions.
